What We Do
Originally founded in 2011 as a local breed specific rescue organization, Ambassador Pit Bull Alliance (APBA) has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community. We have an active rescue program, but also recognize the importance of providing community support and keeping pets in loving homes. We are 100% volunteer run and we are foster-based so we do not have a facility, shelter, or office.
By empowering owners and showing them what they and their dogs can achieve, we encourage them to become responsible owners, advocates, and to inspire others to do so as well. Our goal is to educate the public about responsible ownership and create safe, humane communities.
Ambassador Pit Bull Alliance (d/b/a Ambassador Pit Bull Rescue) is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as of October 26, 2011. Contributions are tax deductible. View our 501(c)3 Letter Here.
