Ambassador Pit Bull Alliance is dedicated to ending discrimination through education and the responsible rehoming of pit bull type dogs in the DC Metropolitan Area. 

Through education and outreach, we bring together members of the community, local rescues, nonprofits and shelters to further our common mission and goals.  We dream of safe, humane communities and restoring pit bulls to their former position of esteem in the hearts and minds of people everywhere.

FREE CGC Testing

The AKC Canine Good Citizen Program rewards dogs that have good manners at home and in the community. If your pit bull tests with us and passes, the test is free! Learn the benefits of CGC certification.

Through our rescue program, we identify and responsibly rehome ambassadors, rebuilding the image of pit bull type dogs everywhere through responsible and lasting placements.  Meet our adoptables!
